The Remo ST Series Suede Hazy Low Profile Steel Insert Timpani Heads feature a tension technology that allow for tunability and focused tone. This series features a unique specially treated 7.5-mil film with a Low Profile steel insert ring. This adds projection and articulation. These have the feel of calf skin with the added stability. The ST Series are perfect timpani heads for an active band and orchestra program. They get in tune fast and stay in tune longer.
