I recently made a purchase on Steve Weiss Music, the purchase was of "Bata" drums,...well, those drums were sent quickly and directly from the manufacturer, but something happened, unfortunately one of those drums was received with a defect, very likely in the process of its manufacture, because we are running against time, I immediately made contact with the customer service, especially with David Stockton, and he urgently made contact with the manufacturer and made it possible that defective drum was replaced in true record time, ... wow,... that is what you should really call "Customer Service" ... I am extremely satisfied with my purchase in S.W.M., and surely I would not hesitate in my next purchase of percussion instruments, it will be again in Steve Weiss Music, .. God bless you greatly.
